Steamed Pakchoy and cabbage, fried aubergine
Drizzled with kare kare Peanut sauce

Ukoy
Grated Pumpkin or Butternut Squash  and carrots, mixed with beans sprout, sliced garlic, onion, cornstarch then fried.
Serve with a Condiment consist of
Vinegar, garlic, onion,
Chillies and sugar.

Munggo soup
Mung beans, dwarf beans, potatoes, spinach with garlic, onion, ginger, chillies and tomatoes.
Served with bread

Mains
Vegetable filipino curry
Pumpkin or squash, potatoes, sweet potatoes, dwarf beans,  curry,
Garlic, onion, ginger, coconut milk and a sliced chilli
Served with Boiled rice

Dessert
Chocolate porridge with coconut
Topped with sweetened fruit and sweetened mixed beans
